EXTENDED ABSTRACTS OF NOT MORE THAN 4 SINGLE-SPACED A4 PAGES ARE ALLOWED FOR SUBMISSION.

PAPERS HAVE TO BE SUBMITTED THROUGH EASYCHAIR ONLINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT THE FOLLOWING LINK (

SUBMISSIONS WILL BE REVIEWED ACCORDING TO THE STANDARD REVIEWING PROCESS OF INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCES.

ACCEPTED CONTRIBUTIONS WILL APPEAR IN THE CONFERENCE PROCEEDING BOOK PUBLISHED ONLINE ON THIS WEBSITE AND 
WILL BE PRESENTED DURING THE WORKSHOP.

AFTER THE WORKSHOP, THE AUTHORS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SUBMIT FULL PAPERS TO A SPECIAL ISSUE OF ANNALS OF OPERATIONS RESEARCH (SEE HERE THE CALL FOR PAPERS).


BEST STUDENT PAPER AWARD

THE BEST STUDENT PAPER AWARD PROVIDES AN EXCITING AND CHALLENGING OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUNG RESEARCHERS TO PROMOTE THEIR WORK IN THE FIELD OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND SCHEDULING. THE AIM OF THIS PRICE IS TO IDENTIFY  THE THREE BEST  WORKS PRESENTED AT THE WORKSHOP BY PH.D. STUDENTS. ALL SUBMITTED EXTENDED ABSTRACTS WILL BE EVALUATED BY THE INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM COMMITTEE AND EVENTUALLY BE ACCEPTED FOR PRESENTATION AT THE WORKSHOP.

THE AWARD COMES WITH A PRIZE AS FOLLOWS:

BEST STUDENT PAPER PRIZE: 500 €

2ND PRIZE: 300 €

3RD PRIZE: 200 €

APPLICATIONS FOR THE BEST STUDENT PRIZE COMPETITION ARE  SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING RULES AND REGULATIONS:

- AT LEAST ONE OF THE AUTHORS OF THE EXTENDED ABSTRACT MUST BE A PH.D. STUDENT NOT YET HAVING DEFENDED HER/HIS PH.D. THESIS AT THE TIME OF THE CONFERENCE.

- THE PH.D. STUDENT MUST BE THE FIRST AUTHOR OF THE SUBMITTED EXTENDED ABSTRACT.

- THE PH.D. STUDENT MUST HERSELF/HIMSELF PRESENT HER/HIS WORK DURING THE CONFERENCE.
